TOOL MAKING
As a recognized
leader among injection mold manufacturing and repair center,
Precision Group has refurbished and maintained sophisticated
tooling for the aerospace industry, the medical field and the
computer/ electronics and automotive industries. Our team
provides technical assistance and management of full production
requirements.
Once tooling has
been designed, with customer approval, a team of toolmakers
and a project manager are assigned. Together, they take
responsibility for the tool building process, from design
through sampling. Our total quality manufacturing system
encompasses automated mold construction, and either in-house or
on-site mold repair.
